Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Service
DidItCron provides cron / heartbeat monitoring: you configure monitors, your jobs ping our URLs, and we send alerts when expected pings are missing or a job reports failure.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys and ping URLs.
Plans and billing
Free and paid plans have monitor limits as shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Fees are charged when you subscribe; taxes may apply where required. Refunds are handled case by case. If a payment is refunded or disputed, paid plan access may end immediately.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service (fraudulent cards, attack traffic, scraping others' monitors, or illegal activity). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable monitoring but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alerts depend on network conditions, email/webhook delivery, and your configuration.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, DidItCron is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from missed alerts or downtime. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
